Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. As Star-Boy Couture is currently a small, owner-operated business, orders are shipped twice per week on Mondays and Fridays.

Orders placed after a scheduled shipping day will be processed and shipped on the next available shipping date.

Shipping Times

Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Orders are shipped through UPS or USPS, depending on the destination and available shipping options.

We are working to expand our shipping availability to additional countries and regions as the business continues to grow.

Tracking information will be provided when available once your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Star-Boy Couture is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Star-Boy Couture is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need assistance, you may also contact us and we will do our best to help.
