Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in their original condition
- Have all original tags attached (if applicable)
- Be returned in their original packaging
Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use may not be eligible for a return.
Refunds
Star-Boy Couture does not provide cash refunds. Approved returns will be issued as store credit that can be used toward future purchases or exchanges.
Store credit will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or an incorrect item was sent.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Star-Boy Couture is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at therealstarboycouture@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
